At twenty-four, Katherine is the youngest of four children and the only girl who was born into the Lennox family. As a result, she was very much protected and loved by her older brothers, but grew especially close to her twin brother. She played Quidditch in school, worked hard for what she wanted...but unfortunately fell victim to bullies about mid-way through her education. Kate isn't the most confident person as a result, and suffers from such a poor image of herself that she often skips meals and works herself to the bone without a break or proper sleep.

She likely won't have huge groups of friends, but the few who truly care for her are those that she holds close. There will be plenty of people from school that she knew, however. I didn't really say much about it in her history, but Katherine did date someone when she was at Hollow Creek. Someone who didn't really increase her confidence at all, and put her in a situation that made her extremely uncomfortable after graduation. The celebrations got to be a little much, and he nearly tried to force himself on her. Kate was able to get away, but the moment left her scarred and afraid of future relationships. There is, however, a man who tends to come into the hospital quite often to get patched up, and he has made it known that he has an interest in her. I'm open to other past crushes, future crushes, and potentially even a stalker?

Born out of wedlock, Mickey is the product of a union that never should have been. Her mother, a no-maj librarian, fell hopelessly in love with her father, a wizard, and was crushed to learn that he was returning to his wife with no intention of staying with her. As a result, Mickey was forced to carry his name throughout her childhood and adopted a nickname to mask that fact. She attended Hollow Creek and graduated fairly recently, beginning to work as a Hit Witch Trainee within the Magical Parliament. Unfortunately, Mickey isn't the happiest girl in the world at the moment, and that comes as a result of a relationship that has been emotionally abusive, especially of late.

As of right now, Mickey is living with a boyfriend who is emotionally abusive and unsupportive. He's incredibly jealous about the closeness that she shares with her best friend (who happens to be a half-werewolf male) and he takes every chance that he can to try and slam him. That's the one place where Mickey won't tolerate his bullying. Ultimately though, she and the boyfriend are on their way to splitsville and Mickey will stop fighting these feelings that she has for her best friend. So romances are sort of off the table.

I believe that the two would certainly be acquaintances, perhaps even bordering friendship, given the specific nature of their careers. Though Eamon never seeks medical attention for himself (due to his affliction, his body temperature runs a degree or two higher than the average wizard, among other unique physical attributes that he wouldn't want to raise any...unnecessary suspicions), I still believe he would frequent the Creature Induced Injuries ward. He often visited colleagues who were impaired in the field there, and sometime even passed advice, shared news, and examined research reports with the hospital staff.

Eamon is in need of someone who will slowly develop into a best friend and confidant, a non-werewolf that he can eventually share his secret burden with, seek out for earnest opinions and advice, and have plenty of playful adventures and conversations with along the journey. In return, he offers loyalty, protection (not that she really needs it, given her elder brothers and all!), and several free passes to kick his a$$ into shape when his temper, mood swings, stubbornness and bouts of seclusion threaten to best him. I could see them both helping each other to overcome their insecurities, and teaching one another to embrace and celebrate who they are.

If you're interested in rolling with it, I could start up a thread? Maybe Eamon visits a friend with a wound in the unit, and brings her a daily dose of whatever her favorite fall beverage is? He had to stop and get himself a smoldering hot black coffee anyways, so he really doesn't mind- just let me now how she likes her tea/coffee/etc..!  Witty banter, a few chuckles,  and a friendly stroll outside could occur as both visiting hours and Katherine's shift come to an end? 

Katherine Lennox && Eamon Vaud

I figured that there were going to be quite a number of interesting people in Katherine's life, and I'm certainly not disappointed thus far!

Being trained to deal with magical creatures (specifically werewolves at this time) Kate sees a lot more than people give her credit for. Which means that the more she gets to interact with Eamon, the more she might start to realize that she's not as ordinary as he portrays himself to be. But that being said, she understands the importance of being discreet and not ratting people out before they are ready to make such news public. So she would let him tell her, if they get to that point of a friendship...but she might confess to having an inkling.

I think it would be good for the both of them. She's currently seeing a man who suffers from lycanthropy as well, so that could prove interesting if the two of them were to cross paths. If there was any sort of territorial dig for her or anything like that. I'm open to threading!
